Portfolio task 2

Two figures are shown. The first bar chart shows information about the reason for study according to the age of the student. The second bar chart shows the employer support by age group. This report will analyze the important information.

Firstly, the overall trend for the first bar chart is that students under 39 study to improve their knowledge for the career. For example, for students under 26 the percentage is 80; for students from 26-29 the percentage is 70 and from 30-39 it is 58%. For students over 49, they study for interest. The exception is those students from 40-49, where career and interest are the same, about 40%.

The second bar chart shows the employer support by age. The overall trend is that the employers support the students under 26 more which is 63%, while they support the students from 26-29 51%. The lowest employer support is for students from 30 -39, which is 32%. The percentage for 40-49 is 39% and 45% for students over 49.

In conclusion, we notice that students under 26 study for their career while students over 49 study for interest. The employers support students under 26 more than the others.
