Portfolio task 4

   Nowadays, many people think that we can raise our children’s knowledge by encouraging competition. On the other hand, some people think that to make them cooperate is better because that will help them in their job. I think that both of them are very important in our life and education. So, now I am going to write my opinion of both skills.

    First of all, competition is very important in children because it encourages them to learn more. For example, if the child feels that some student is better than him he will compete to be better than him. Another thing is competition makes our children achieve their goals. If the children are competitive they will study and try hard to achieve their goals. Another advantage is that it makes them do better by increasing self-confidence and not depending on other people. The last thing that competition is important in sports because it will make them train hard to be in the first team.

     Although there are good points in competition there also some goods points in cooperation. The first thing is that by cooperation you can get some help from your friends to achieve your goals. Another advantage is that it will help you in your job. For example, some jobs need a team or group to do them so you have to cooperate. The last thing is that cooperation will make the job easy because you can share your job with others and complete it so fast.

     In conclusion, I think that both skills are important because both skills help you to achieve your goals and learn more. The will help you in your job.
